We provide a Discord bot and web dashboard for monitoring FiveM game servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Important: This Service is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.

FiveM is a third-party modification software. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor servers you do not own or have permission to track.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the bot or dashboard API.
• Use the Service for malicious activities, including DDoS attacks or spam.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
